Students in Edinburgh College of Art must submit their requests for Adobe Creative Cloud via the ECA Adobe Portal. £40 per annum for STUDENT ONLY licences up to Software Services Team will email user directly with information. This is not an automated purchase, please allow 1-3 working days for us to to process your order and set up your account. This licence includes Acrobat Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and the other products found in the Creative Cloud Suite. The current cost for a single student licence is currently £40 for a subscription running up to 1st September 2023. Students at the University can purchase an Adobe Creative Cloud Suite licence directly from our ePay store. My question is if there is an option to change my plan to the student annual plan.Software Services Team administer Adobe ETLA agreement to purchase *annual* subscriptions to Adobe products for the University. I have tried changing my private email to my University email to see if I could then provide proof of my student status, but nothing changed. If I click on manage plans I cannot find a student plan in the options so I have no idea how to change the plan and provide a student ID. I can't even provide a University ID as it says on the support site because there is no "educational information" section in my adobe account.
I thought they would charge me the same amount this year but I got charged the full subscription without a discount.
The email provided in my account has been my personal email until today. Last year I chose the student discount plan option and had to provide some information about my University and thus got charged the discounted amount. Today, I have been just charged for the renewal of my annual subscription after a year of using Creative Cloud.
